For my senior project I created 12 posters that depict all 12 zodiac signs. Each poster has a woman who I envision that symbolize each zodiac as well as traits and symbols that represent them. Within each girl, if you look closely, you can spot their corresponding symbol. I chose my topic to be about astrology because understanding how the stars and planets are connected to us is very interesting to me. And while there’s many skeptics out there, I hope once you read up a little about planetary meanings and placements, you’ll understand how our universe is way more connected to us than you may think.
Disclaimer: Please understand that each of these zodiacs represent your Sun sign. The sun is the ‘planet of self’ meaning your overall personality, but we all have different planets in different zodiac placements which means that you may share some characteristics of another zodiac (and not your sun sign) in the way you handle different aspects of your personality.
I created the female illustrations using a 4th Gen. 12.9in iPad Pro and the 2nd Gen. Apple Pencil. I used the app Procreate.
I created the poster artwork in Adobe Illustrator.
